Easy instructions, easy to find, long hours in order to pick up and drop off luggage, and fast pick up and drop off too! Not clear from the website during booking that the location is inside a cafe, but didn’t really matter as it seemed they kept things secure!

Fantastic, friendly team. I came with an already broken suitcase and one of the staff members tried to fix it for me! When I came in to collect something out of my bag (but leaving my bag), they noticed where a tube station door had shut on my shoulder and offered paper towels and water - without me even saying anything! I’ll definitely leave my luggage here again
