Our storage was at a hotel and I expected to be able to drop off the luggage at reception and pick it up there. It was surprising and a tad disappointing when the guy at reception asked me to lug the pieces of luggage to their basement down a steep staircase.
So overall yes it's good that we had this service available to keep our luggage for the day but the service wasn't the best.
