There was no experience

It was a very disappointing situation. We were supposed check in around 10:30u, but the shop was closed. It is unfortunate we were supposed to found out like this. The app is malfunctioning by letting you indicate days where shops aren't even open that day. So our experience with was really not good, because we lost money for storage we didn't even use. The only good thing from our experience with this company, is that now we know we will never use it again nor shoud anyone else.
