Staff very hard working, kind and caring. Speed of service; could be improved. Not staffs fault. But having to wait for the bicycle renters before you can drop a bag off feels inefficient and annoying as their process takes way longer and dropping a bag off literally a few seconds. So a separate line would be a good idea here. Storage; the bag storage was in the personal toilet and not an actual ’safe-room’ as you’d expect? Felt very amateur and quite unsafe for a storage service

Great. Convenient location. Pick up time suited us. We were able to leave our backpacks as well( attached to our bags). Great job!

Very convenient, and the staff were very nice
