I won't lie, this place seemed shady in appearance. But it was recommended to us and the reviews were good. We had no issues at all! We were greeted kindly, and rolled 8 pieces of luggage into the back storage room. There were already a couple pieces of luggage there. We went back once to retrieve an item, and then spent the day exploring Boston, luggage-free.

We used this location to store 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks while we were away for about 3 hours at a location where suitcases and bags were not allowed. It was perfect.

Was worth what I paid, in and out and no problems at all. Don't be afraid that it is located inside a tabaco store. The store smells nothing it tabaco and is very clean.
