The storage facility location was unexpected; it was a dry cleaners place (Sterling Pressing is the name) but it was a pleasant surprise overall because we were welcomed warmly by the kind lady. It was safe and accessible from Pernety station. :)

Radical Storage’s flat rate solved this problem perfectly and was so affordable for a full day. I appreciated the insurance coverage mentioned on the booking, which offered great reassurance while we explored the Royal Mile hands-free.

Trying to find available lockers at Penn Station is always a nightmare, they’re always full. I decided to try Radical Storage and the experience was night and day better. The price was great because it's a flat fee no matter the weight or size and the insurance included made me feel really safe about my stuff. This is gonna be my go-to service now whenever I'm passing through NYC.
