Smooth to book, great business idea. Service couldn't have been more prompt - tagging system ie printing, cutting etc could be more streamlined

This service saved the day when our AirBnB host didn’t. We were able to drop our very heavy luggage off quickly and continue on to the Duomo. When we returned, they kindly and quickly helped us get a taxi (you have to call for one, you cannot hail, which is tricky when you don’t speak Italian) it was there in 5 minutes and we were on our way to the train. This is Brilliant!!

Our Radical Storage was located in a hotel nearby a metro station in Chicago. Using Radical Storage was very easy and clear, it's a perfect solution!! Especially if lockers at (train) stations are not available or too expensive/small.
