We found the service very easy to use. Booked our bags online and downloaded the app. This made it very easy to find the shop. The people running the shop were friendly and efficient, minimal fuss.

Minor delays are fine, our partners are flexible. However, significant lateness, especially for pickup, may result in extra fees charged by the location. For peace of mind, choose the 'Flexible hours' option when booking.
