我们来到这家店时，虽然按理说那时应该已经开门了，但店门却还紧闭着。我们不得不给店主打电话，因为客服回复得太慢了……5到10分钟后，店里有人过来，之后一切就顺利了。可惜店里没有专门存放行李的房间，所以行李就放在收银台后面的店里。

When we came to the shop it was still closed even though it should have been open by then. We had to call the shop owner, the customer service wasn’t replying quickly enough.. after 5-10 minutes somebody from the shop came and then everything went smoothly. Unfortunately there wasn’t a seperate room for the luggage, so it just stood in the shop behind the cashiers desk.
