I didn’t get the name of the worker but he was so helpful, not only did he store my luggage but he also let me connect to their wifi and helped me locate my bus stop twice! He was so helpful and if it wasn’t for him I probably would’ve missed my flight. Will definitely be using this service again when I come back to Korea

It was practical to be able to leave our luggage on site, it was just not so clear to know which was the place where we had to access, fortunately a security officer supported us. The only thing that did not seem adequate was that we were asked to leave a review with a good rating before being able to use the service.
