Convenient location. Drop off and pickup were quick. We did have to explain to employees (using basic Korean) why we were there and they needed to find another person to help us. This is a restaurant and luggage is stored underneath a table in the side room, not locked up. We had no problems but make sure you’re comfortable with this. The website/app was great, no problems!
