Very Useful

Convenient and friendly
Easy to find with the directions provided, close to the train station. The only odd thing was that the young members of staff at the storage location (a computer print shop) didn't seem to know about the facility/the booking and were surprised both when we dropped our luggage off and collected it! But they were very friendly and helpful and it wasn't a problem.
