I went up to it and had no idea how to get inside or leave my luggage. It turned out I needed to download the app and find the partners number which is apparently a hostel who is actually keeping your luggage at the location. And when you call the number they want you to text so I had to text them to let me in. Now they did at least respond fairly quickly. They let me in and scanned the qr and put the stuff in some storage space with other luggage after taking a pic or my bags. Gave me the gate and door codes. Later I returned and they weren't there so I contacted them via text again and they told me I could just take the stuff. Not very secure, but nothing got stolen and they did hold onto the stuff just fine. It was the door with the A Above it.

很方便的過程。由於地點隱身在一棟舊舊的建築物裡，門口也沒有明顯的門牌可以辨識，有點疑惑，不過大膽地把黑色鐵門上的電鈴按下去，立刻就有很親切的員工出來迎接，過程非常順利、安心、愉快也很快速。

It’s located really close of little Tokio make sure to call them there is a code for 2 doors, I wasn’t familiar with the app and I stand in front of the door not knowing what to do until I called and they confirm the door was the correct one
