Everything went as should, great central location. Steep stairs though to storage basement from shop so possibly not ideal for anyone who is going to struggle to carry their own luggage up or down a curved set of stairs or with mobility issues.

No problems to find and the bag was returned safely. I was suprised they didn't use tags or some way to identify bags etc. Have to take the bag down a narrow staircase so may not be accessible for all.

Very convenient location just a short walk from the station, fair pricing (just over £1 per hour per bag) and a quick, user-friendly online booking process. However, we were ‘greeted’ by a rather apathetic young man who simply pointed us towards the stairs leading to the luggage storage area – essentially the shop’s basement, which is used as a storeroom. No luggage registration; we dropped off and collected our bags entirely on our own: we could easily have taken other people’s bags as there was no security check whatsoever. If someone were to accidentally take someone else’s bag (not to mention the risk of theft), I fear it would be very difficult to trace it. In hindsight, I wouldn’t leave my bags there again.

Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla stazione, prezzo onesto (poco più di 1 sterlina/ora a bagaglio) e prenotazione online rapida e intuitiva. Ci ha però 'accolto' un ragazzo piuttosto apatico che si è limitato a indicarci la scala per il deposito, praticamente il seminterrato che viene usato come magazzino del negozio. Nessuna registrazione dei bagagli; li abbiamo depositati e ritirati in totale autonomia: avremmo tranquillamente potuto prendere altri bagagli perché non c'è stato alcun tipo di controllo. Se qualcuno ritirasse per sbaglio il bagaglio di un'altra persona (senza considerare la possibilità di furto), temo sarebbe molto difficile rintracciarlo. Col senno di poi, non riporterei lì i bagagli.

Shop was closed when I arrived to drop my bag off just after 1pm. Google said the shop closed from 1.30pm-2pm but this information wasn’t available on radical storage so it was lucky I noticed when I was getting directions so made sure I arrived before 1.30 but it was already closed. It was just reopening when I went back around 2.15pm.
