Everything went as should, great central location. Steep stairs though to storage basement from shop so possibly not ideal for anyone who is going to struggle to carry their own luggage up or down a curved set of stairs or with mobility issues.

No problems to find and the bag was returned safely. I was suprised they didn't use tags or some way to identify bags etc. Have to take the bag down a narrow staircase so may not be accessible for all.

So close to leister square. Quick and easy to use. Ideal for us as our hotel charged 15£ per bag to store after checkout.

Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla stazione, prezzo onesto (poco più di 1 sterlina/ora a bagaglio) e prenotazione online rapida e intuitiva. Ci ha però 'accolto' un ragazzo piuttosto apatico che si è limitato a indicarci la scala per il deposito, praticamente il seminterrato che viene usato come magazzino del negozio. Nessuna registrazione dei bagagli; li abbiamo depositati e ritirati in totale autonomia: avremmo tranquillamente potuto prendere altri bagagli perché non c'è stato alcun tipo di controllo. Se qualcuno ritirasse per sbaglio il bagaglio di un'altra persona (senza considerare la possibilità di furto), temo sarebbe molto difficile rintracciarlo. Col senno di poi, non riporterei lì i bagagli.
