Simple and easy dropped off and collected with no problems!

Easy, convenient and reasonably priced.

The safety measure is to take photos of your luggage at check-in, since everyone's bags are stored together afterwards.

Simple and efficient. Had no issues with my experience. Important note: the luggage store is down a narrow set of staircases, so you must be able-bodied enough to handle that on your own.

The staff at drop-off wasn't the friendliest and rushed us at pickup. He also didn't offer any help with our bags. We managed perfectly fine ourselves but considering the service, I'd say offering to help carry the bags down and up the stairs should be bare minimum. Another staff member at pickup was a lot warmer and more helpful though, which evens it out again. :)
