The office didn't open at 2:00 p.m. as stated online, but not until 2:25 p.m. Many annoyed customers were waiting for their luggage; some had to catch a train. There was just a note on the door: “I’ll be back at 2:30 p.m.” That’s outrageous!!

They are located in the heart of downtown Bologna, across from Piazza Maggiore and Neptune. They are in an alley - a little hidden, but labeled correctly. Very helpful and no problems at all. They close at 7pm, so be sure to collect your bags prior to that.
