Storage location easy to find, but difficult to access for a lot/large/bulky luggage due to steps (lack of ramp) and narrowness (registration for hotel at the same time). You had to squeeze past registration to get to the elevator, then into a very small elevator (there was only one) from which other guests with luggage wanted to get out. Overall, not a pleasant experience and very time-consuming, as you also had to wait a long time for a free elevator to pick up your luggage.

Aufbewahrungsort gut zu finden, aber für viel/grosses/sperriges Gepäck schlecht zugänglich wegen Treppenstufen (fehlende Rampe) und Enge (gleichzeitig Anmeldung für Hotel). Man musste sich zum Fahrstuhl an Anmeldung vorbei quetschen, dann in einen sehr kleinen Fahrstuhl hinein (es gab nur den einen), aus dem andere Gäste mit Gepäck heraus wollten. Insgesamt keine angenehme Erfahrung und sehr zeitraubend, da man auch lange auf freien Fahrstuhl warten musste bei Abholung des Gepäcks.

Very busy when it opened. There isn't a lot of space to wait around. You have to take your bags to the second floor (there is a small elevator). No one verified the bags I took matched my tags upon pickup.
