Given that I had already used Radical Storage in Milan and Naples, and found myself needing to leave my suitcases in Barcelona, I looked for the most convenient Angel. The one found was really comfortable: under the house. Unfortunately, the shop closed in the afternoon so as not to reopen until 5 pm. I did not pay particular attention to the selected check-out time, thinking that I would have agreed the exact one with the Angel. In fact, the clerk who collected the baggage asked me for the time of collection. At the request 16-16: 30 he did not bat an eye, on the contrary he marked it on a piece of paper. You can imagine the panic when at 4 pm, ready to collect the luggage, we found the shop closed with the reopening sign at 5 pm. Thanks to the support of Radical Storage I was able to contact the owner. Initially, the morning clerk told me he doesn't know the shop's afternoon hours (no comment) and that the opening hours on the website are clear (I don't think so). In any case, she took steps to get the afternoon clerk to arrive as soon as possible. Collected our luggage at 4:41 pm, we ran to the airport by taxi (much more expensive than the public transport we had planned to take).
Premesso che avevo già usufruito di Radical Storage a Milano e Napoli, trovatami nella necessità di lasciare le valigie a Barcellona, ho cercato l'Angel più comodo. Quello trovato era veramente comodo: sotto casa. Purtroppo il negozio chiudeva nel pomeriggio per non riaprire fino alle 17. Io non ho prestato particolare attenzione all'orario di check-out selezionato, pensando che avrei concordato quello esatto con l'Angel. In effetti, il commesso che ha ritirato i bagagli mi ha chiesto l'ora del ritiro. Alla richiesta 16-16:30 non ha battuto ciglio, anzi lo ha segnato su un foglietto. Potete immaginare il panico quando alle 16, pronti a ritirare i bagagli, abbiamo trovato il negozio chiuso con il cartello di riapertura alle 17. Grazie al supporto di Radical Storage sono riuscita a contattare la proprietaria. Inizialmente, mi ha detto il commesso della mattina non conosce gli orari pomeridiani del negozio (no comment) e che sul sito gli orari di apertura sono chiari (non mi pare). Ad ogni modo, si è attivata per far arrivare il prima possibile il commesso del pomeriggio. Ritirati i bagagli alle 16:41, siamo corsi in aeroporto in taxi (decisamente più costoso dei mezzi pubblici che avevamo programmato di prendere).
