찾기가 조금 까다로워서 주차장 진입 방법에 대한 안내가 좀 더 명확했으면 좋겠지만… 일단 도착하고 나니 서비스는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 상냥하게 도와주셨어요. 앱 사용에도 아무런 문제가 없었고요. 요즘은 이런 게 당연한 것 같네요 ☺️

Super simple experience and the additional €3 fee to drop off and pick up anytime was a great addition. There was no queue to drop off in and out within 2 minutes, we saw a massive queue for the bag drop off in the station so this felt very quick. Then to pick up was also like 2 minutes, a very pleasant experience overall - would definitely use again.
