Honestly a great experience. So close to Roma Train Station. Great price. Felt comfortable leaving bags for a few hours.

It was easy to book and made me save time by not using the main luggage drop inside the station where the queue was massive

We had 9 cases and my elderly parents getting off a cruise in bari Italy. We paid 30 euros in a taxi to get to the storage place we had booked. We waited 1/2 hour for the storage place to open. But despite my emailing and telephoning no one turned up. I messaged radical and they said they would cancel and rebook me 6 min walk away!! I had to do it in stages to get there in the heat but managed to get sorted. I think radical need to assess their people they use before signing them up to stop and unnecessary inconvenience to customers. But they did sort promptly for us
