저희는 수하물이 잠긴 방 같은 곳에 보관되어 있을 줄 알았지, 다른 손님들이 식사를 하고 있는 레스토랑 식당 구석 바닥에 그냥 놓여 있을 줄은 몰랐습니다. 그 점만 제외하면 서비스는 괜찮았습니다.

We expected that the luggage would have been stored in a locked room or something, not just in a corner on the floor in a reustaurants dining area where other guest are eating. Otherwise the service were fine.

The guys that helped me were terrific with directions and transportation while I was leaving my luggage for a couple of hours!

수하물 보관소의 GPS 위치 정보가 잘못되었습니다. 제공된 사진만으로는 찾기가 어려워, 사람들에게 계속 위치를 물어봐야 했습니다. 모든 사람의 수하물이 1층 레스토랑 구석에 쌓여 있었습니다. 가방 등에 이름표가 붙어 있지 않았습니다. 그곳에서 식사하는 사람이라면 누구나 가방을 볼 수 있는 상태라, 수하물 보관소로서는 그리 안전해 보이지 않았습니다. 예방 차원에서 가방 사진을 찍고 귀중품은 모두 꺼내 두었습니다. 가방을 그곳에 두고 싶지는 않았지만, 모나코에서 짐을 맡길 다른 곳을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 수령할 때는 별문제 없었습니다.

Gps location wrong for the storage address. Hard to find from the photos provided, had to keep asking people where it was . Everyone’s luggage piled into corner of the downstairs restaraunt. No id labels attached to bags etc. Did not look a very secure place for storage, as bags were exposed to anyone dining there. I took a photo of my bag and took all my valuables out as a precaution. Would not have left my bag there but couldn’t find anywhere else to leave luggage in Monaco. Collection all ok
