This is a great spot to leave luggage at. I arrived before the hotel had opened, but used the ringer to receive service. Note, that they will need a few minutes to get ready so come a little earlier if needed. Jose was super helpful with receiving my luggage and after I came to pick up my luggage in the evening, he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe while waiting for my Uber and spoke to my Uber driver to make sure he was taking me where I needed to go. A++ service, muchos gracias!

수하물을 맡기기에 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 호텔이 열리기 전에 도착했지만, 벨을 눌러 서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다. 준비에 몇 분 정도 걸리니, 필요하면 조금 일찍 오시는 게 좋습니다. 호세 씨는 제 짐을 맡아주는 데 정말 큰 도움을 주셨고, 저녁에 짐을 찾으러 갔을 때는 제가 우버를 기다리는 동안 안전하게 지낼 수 있도록 각별히 신경 써 주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 우버 기사님과 직접 대화하여 제가 가야 할 곳으로 정확히 데려다주도록 확인해 주셨습니다. A++급 서비스, 정말 감사합니다!
