이건 사실이 아닙니다!!! 이 ‘Techy’라는 회사는 휴대폰 수리만 한다고 주장하지만, 앱을 통해 보면 수하물 보관 서비스와 제휴를 맺고 있더군요! 앱과 고객 지원 응답 속도가 극도로 느리고, 담당자와 직접 통화하거나 도움을 받을 수 없다는 점이 정말 답답합니다.
This is not accurate!!! This Techy company claims to only fix phones but via app they are a partner to store luggage! The app/customer support is responding extremely slow & it’s frustrating not to be able to speak to someone or get assistance
