First Time User on Boston Vacation

This was my first time using Radical Storage. The process was seamless and took less than 5 minutes. My Radical Storage host was amazingly professional and friendly. Kudos to them and kudos to Radical Storage. I will definitely use this service again when I have time to kill before a late flight.

Very convenient

Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her. We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day. She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Very trusted source to leave your bags!

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

Just what I was looking for

The Radical Storage service I used was excellent. They were keeping an eye out for me (I walked past the shop but they realised I must be the booking that was due in so they called out to me), and they had a very good system in place to manage luggage. Everyone was very friendly and prompt, and the shop was right next to Victoria, which was just what I was hoping for. I will certainly use this service again - and it is much better (cheaper, no queues) than Victoria's left luggage service!
