Very easy to use. After a change of flights led to an unexpected 4 hours in Geneva we looked up the nearest storage location to the train station. We booked and turned up 2 minutes later. They took the bags no problem and we returned a few hours later to continue our journey. Couldn't have been easier!

One of the downsides of AirBnB is the somewhat lowered expectations with regard to some services otherwise standard at most hotels. Luggage storage prior to a typical mid-afternoon check-in time is a perfect example. In our case, we were unable to convince our AirBnB host in Cluj-Napoca (Romania's second largest city) to permit us American tourists to safely drop off and store our somewhat large(ish) piece of wheeled luggage (that we certainly didn't want to drag around the cobblestone streets of Cluj) prior to their required 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Disappointing but not beyond reasonable expectation. Nonetheless, my point here is a hotel would certainly not have had such a problem with this early arrival luggage storage request. So around a week prior our arrival I wasn't expecting to find a safe and reliable luggage storage solution based on an online hunt. However, I was especially surprised to discover that Cluj-Napoca did, indeed, offer a Radical Storage location. The online reviews about Radical Storage were more than convincing this was a best way to go. And, even better, the Angel drop-off location was a delightful restaurant we ended up dining at for lunch in addition to the fact its location was precisely where we planned to do some walking to discover this beautiful and vibrant European city while awaiting our afternoon check-in at our apartment rental. By the way, Cluj-Napoca is an absolute gem worth visiting. The Radical Storage app worked perfectly, the price was more than reasonable, the Angel restaurant staff managed the check-in and check-out process with authority, and their restaurant got some new additional business from us as a result (food and service was great, BTW). So I not only recommend Radical Storage for travelers like us, it's obvious to me (as a retired business owner) a Radical Storage Angel partnership is a best idea for any business that deals with the public where that business may also benefit from the walk-in nature of the partnership itself. Five stars. Well done.

Left our suitcase at 10am and collected at 5am. No hassle what so ever will be using again

I had never used a luggage storage service other than at a hotel, so I was anxious about leaving my bags at a convenience store in plain sight. The owners were lovely and reassuring and rightly so. All in all, it was easy and a great experience. I would do it again.
