전반적으로 다시 이용하고 싶고, 예산이 저렴한 사람에게 좋으며 위치가 매우 중심적이고 역에서 가깝습니다. 저희는 오후 12시경에 가방을 맡겼고 가장 늦은 픽업 시간은 영업 마감 시간인 오후 19시 이전이었습니다. 절차는 매우 간단합니다. QR 코드를 보여주면 맡기는 가방의 사진을 찍어주고, [1층까지 매우 가파른 계단을 올라가야 하니 주의하세요] 지정된 공간에 가방을 맡기면 바로 출발할 수 있습니다. 가방에 바운스 태그가 없더라도 걱정하지 마세요. [카메라가 있어 항상 가방을 볼 수 있습니다.] 수령할 때 다시 한 번 QR 코드를 보여주고 1층에서 가방을 받은 후, 매장을 나서기 전에 직원에게 본인 것만 가져가고 체크인할 때 찍은 사진과 일치한다는 것을 보여주면 자유롭게 갈 수 있습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃을 도와준 직원분은 정말 친절하고 세심하게 도와주셨지만, 가방을 찾을 때 도와준 직원은 이유 없이 무례했어요. 가방에 귀중품을 맡기진 않겠지만 그래도 추천하고 싶어요.

Overall would use again, great for anyone that's on a budget and the location is very central and close to the station. We left the bags around 12PM and the latest time for pick up was before 19PM which was when they closed. The process is very simple, show the QR code and they'll take a picture of the bags you're leaving there, [BEWARE that you need to take your own bags up very steep steps to the 1st floor] leave the bags where you want in the assigned area of the room and off you go. Don't worry if your bags don't have a tag from Bounce, that makes no difference. [They have a camera so they can see the bags at all times] When collecting, show your QR code again and get the bags from the 1st floor, before leaving shop, show the employee that you are taking only what's yours and that it matches with the pictures taken at check-in and you're free to go. The older guy we did the check-in and drop-off with was super nice, very attentive and helpful, but the one that was there when we collected the bags was just rude for no reason. I wouldn't leave valuable items in the bags but I still recommend it.

Locatia este deasupra unui magazin de telefoane. Scarile de acces sunt foarte abrupte. Dar totul a decurs ok, personalul a fost amabil si am preluat bagajul in siguranta.

도와주던 가게 직원도 친절했고 위치도 기차역과 가까워서 좋았어요. 하지만 제 여행 가방은 엄청나게 크고 무거웠고 수납 공간은 매우 가파르고 좁은 계단을 올라가야 했어요. 그가 도와주지 않았다면 짐을 풀고 다시 포장하지 않았을 텐데 그럴 공간이 없었을 것 같아요. 이 장소도 매우 인기가 많아서 한 번에 한 사람만 계단을 오르내릴 수 있기 때문에 짐을 되찾으려면 조금 기다려야 했어요.

The guy in the shop who was helping was great and the location is close to the train station. However, my suitcase was enormous & very heavy & the storage space is up a very steep & narrow flight of stairs. If he wasn’t helping me to get it up and down, I’m not sure I could have without unpacking & repacking, which there is no space to do. This spot is also very popular so it was packed & there was a bit of a wait to get the stuff back as only one person can go up or down the stairs at a time.

중앙역에서 5분 거리에 있는 편리한 위치. 하지만 수하물 보관소는 가파르고 구불구불한 계단을 올라가야 하므로 주의하세요. 가방을 위아래로 옮길 수 있는 힘과 민첩성이 부족하다면 이곳은 적합하지 않습니다.

Convenient location just 5 mins from the Centraal station. Caution however, the luggage room is up a treacherously steep and winding flight of stairs. If you havent got the strength and agility to navigate your bags up/ down such an arrangement then this isn't for you.

가격도 괜찮았고 위치도 역 바로 밖에 있어서 걸어서 멀지 않았고, 유일한 단점은 1층으로 올라가는 계단이 매우 가팔라서 여행 가방을 들고 올라가기 어려웠다는 점입니다.

The price was good and location was just outside the station so not far to walk.the only down side was that the stairs up to the first floor were very steep making humping my suitcase up difficult.
