En general lo volvería a usar, genial para cualquiera que tenga un presupuesto limitado y la ubicación es muy céntrica y cerca de la estación. Dejamos las maletas sobre las 12PM y la última hora para recogerlas fue antes de las 19PM que era cuando cerraban. El proceso es muy sencillo, enseñas el código QR y te hacen una foto de las maletas que dejas allí, [CUIDADO que tienes que subir tus propias maletas por unas escaleras muy empinadas hasta la 1ª planta] dejas las maletas donde quieras en la zona asignada de la habitación y te vas. No te preocupes si tus maletas no tienen una etiqueta de Bounce, eso no hace ninguna diferencia. [Tienen una cámara para poder ver las bolsas en todo momento]. A la hora de recoger, enseña de nuevo tu código QR y coge las bolsas de la 1ª planta, antes de salir de la tienda, muestra al empleado que te llevas sólo lo que es tuyo y que coincide con las fotos que te hicieron en facturación y ya puedes irte. El chico mayor con el que hicimos el check-in y el drop-off fue super amable, muy atento y servicial, pero el que estaba allí cuando recogimos las maletas fue simplemente maleducado sin motivo. Yo no dejaría objetos de valor en las maletas, pero aún así lo recomiendo.

Overall would use again, great for anyone that's on a budget and the location is very central and close to the station. We left the bags around 12PM and the latest time for pick up was before 19PM which was when they closed. The process is very simple, show the QR code and they'll take a picture of the bags you're leaving there, [BEWARE that you need to take your own bags up very steep steps to the 1st floor] leave the bags where you want in the assigned area of the room and off you go. Don't worry if your bags don't have a tag from Bounce, that makes no difference. [They have a camera so they can see the bags at all times] When collecting, show your QR code again and get the bags from the 1st floor, before leaving shop, show the employee that you are taking only what's yours and that it matches with the pictures taken at check-in and you're free to go. The older guy we did the check-in and drop-off with was super nice, very attentive and helpful, but the one that was there when we collected the bags was just rude for no reason. I wouldn't leave valuable items in the bags but I still recommend it.

El local está encima de una tienda de teléfonos. Las escaleras son muy empinadas. Pero todo fue bien, el personal fue amable y recogimos nuestro equipaje de forma segura.

Locatia este deasupra unui magazin de telefoane. Scarile de acces sunt foarte abrupte. Dar totul a decurs ok, personalul a fost amabil si am preluat bagajul in siguranta.

El chico de la tienda que ayudaba era genial y la ubicación está cerca de la estación de tren. Sin embargo, mi maleta era enorme y muy pesada y el espacio de almacenamiento es un tramo muy empinado y estrecho de escaleras. Si no me hubiera ayudado a subirla y bajarla, no estoy seguro de que hubiera podido hacerlo sin tener que deshacer y volver a hacer las maletas, cosa que no hay espacio para hacer. Este lugar es también muy popular por lo que estaba lleno y había un poco de espera para recuperar las cosas, ya que sólo una persona puede subir o bajar las escaleras a la vez.

The guy in the shop who was helping was great and the location is close to the train station. However, my suitcase was enormous & very heavy & the storage space is up a very steep & narrow flight of stairs. If he wasn’t helping me to get it up and down, I’m not sure I could have without unpacking & repacking, which there is no space to do. This spot is also very popular so it was packed & there was a bit of a wait to get the stuff back as only one person can go up or down the stairs at a time.

Convenient location just 5 mins from the Centraal station. Caution however, the luggage room is up a treacherously steep and winding flight of stairs. If you havent got the strength and agility to navigate your bags up/ down such an arrangement then this isn't for you.

El precio era bueno y la ubicación estaba a las afueras de la estación, así que no estaba lejos para ir andando.

The price was good and location was just outside the station so not far to walk.the only down side was that the stairs up to the first floor were very steep making humping my suitcase up difficult.
