First Time User on Boston Vacation

This was my first time using Radical Storage. The process was seamless and took less than 5 minutes. My Radical Storage host was amazingly professional and friendly. Kudos to them and kudos to Radical Storage. I will definitely use this service again when I have time to kill before a late flight.

Very convenient

Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her. We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day. She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Very trusted source to leave your bags!

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

Life saver!

The Angel was courteous, helpful and friendly. I was a little apprehensive about using the service as it was the first time but I was totally impressed and would definitely use the service and same Angel again.

Perfect welcome and close to the city center. It's just a pity to charge 1 whole day when we left our luggage 3h.
