Radical Storage was great. Easy to book on line and the perfect location for us, just round the corner from Penn station. Our drop off was a fairly well to do restaurant, you simple go to the table seater and tell them your there to drop bags and they give you luggage tags and a form to fill in. They put your bags in a room and give you a receipt. Very friendly staff. They also have a very nice restroom to use if you need. It was quick and easy to drop and pick up the bags, you also get 10% off in the restaurant if you fancy some lobster or cocktails before your trip.

Bag bnb was a great experience! I was able to make my reservation on the subway and easily access the check in location. Awesome experience overall!

Notre expérience avec Radical Storage(Porto) fut excellente.j ai mis l adresse dans mes favoris ! Allez y! C'est la première fois que je l utilise alors que je voyage régulièrement. La réservation est facile par internet, un prix correct et surtout un personnel souriant, courtois. Pouvoir profiter de sa journée sans le stress des bagages ! Le plus : avant de reprendre nos bagages pour l aéroport après une journée de visite, nous avons pu nous rafraîchir (WC très propre) et profitez du coin salon calme. Une pause zen bienvenue. Le seul plus aurait été un distributeur de boissons chaudes ou froides dans le salon où nous poser. Merci encore à Radical Storage Porto et ses hôtesses !

The service is very usefull when you want to visit the City without your luggages. I was surprised to see that I can leave my bags in a restaurant near to me, wich is partner of Radical Storage. Super service ! Hope to see the service in other city for futures holidays ! Thanks !

Its a helpful service and the fee is cheap. Totally recommended!
