Easy to book online and easy to drop off and collect. It felt safe and organised! Then there is the price! What value for money.

I had only five hours to see the city , what would have been really difficult to do whether I would need to go around with my luggage. This service is quite helpful and not that expensive as a luggage storage on the railway station. The only thing I think I would change about this service is providing visible clues of the place where you can store your luggage ( it took me some time to find it, which I rather had spend experiencing the city; it would have been really helpful if there would be some kind of a sign near the place. And it would have been better if the name of the place, where I can store my luggage, would have been written in a big letters on the website - it is the most important information and still it is almost not notable). Everything else was excellent- thank you!

We had a few hours in Edinburgh before a train and being able to store our two suitcases was very helpful. Saved us having to drag them up and down busy and hilly streets. Location was close enough to the train station too, so it was very practical.

The location was convenient for us, we had a quick check-in and quick checkout, we had a good experience
