We went on a Princess Cruise that went in and out of Seattle, but had a luggage issue: the ship arrived back at the port in the early morning but our flight wasn't until 730pm that evening. And the thought of traversing the city with 3 bags in tow didn't sound ideal, especially on a holiday weekend. So I did some research before we left for the cruise and found Radical Storage. This sounded like the best solution because the Bounce app offered luggage storage for a few bucks cheaper, but their storage locations sounded really sketchy and not very secure. So, we liked that this one was at an actual hotel (and not a convenience store!) where they would actually lock up the bags. The location was at the Mediterranean Inn. The attendant was friendly, professional, and we felt like the bags would be extremely secure in their luggage storage space (they don't let you inside of the room, but from a distance it looked like a large space that's perfect for storing baggage for a short-term duration). Would absolutely, 100% use this service again, especially if storing at a hotel. The bags were fine and the airport was less than a half hour drive. I highly recommend if you have luggage but want to explore the city and add a few more vacation memories before your departure.

It was fast and easy to drop off and pick up. We totally recommend Radical Storage if you are in downtown Chicago. We will use them again.
