Experience was great. Location is in between two stations on the Maranouchi line. Approximately 5 mins walk from Shinjuku-gyoemmae station. The building itself is a red brick one on the corner of the street so it stands out. The office itself is on the street level with its own sliding door entrance. Look for a small sticker on the door. You just have to ring the bell and someone will come out. Drop off and pick up took less than 5 mins each time. You just need to pre-register and have the QR code ready. Would recommend to anyone needing multi-day storage.

Perfect location for our luggage storage

A little hard to find which door was the luggage storage location. Very. small sticker signage. When i finally saw the 4in by 4 in sticker that says luggage storage I then rang the doorbell at which time they came out and took care of everything else
