Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort wusste nicht genau, wofür er welches seiner beiden Handys nutzen muss, bzw. mit dem einen funktionierte das Scannen des Codes nicht, dann hat er ein anderes geholt... Das Suchen dauerte auch etwas lange, aber der Mann war freundlich. Nichts für moblitätseingeschränkte Menschen, da die Aufbewahrung in einem kleinen Geschäft im Soussol geführt wird und nur über eine enge Treppe erreichbar ist - und die Platzverhältnisse auch eher prekär sindl

The place and the owner were friendly. . An unpleasant experience was that they had to change the location twice. Also there is an extra charge of two euros psr person for the service, which in my opinion is silly.

We were very disappointed with our experience at the Bryggargatan 6 (Drottininggattan name in Luggage Storage app)location in Stockholm. We had booked and paid for our luggage storage in advance, but when we arrived, there was an extremely long queue. Even worse, some members of our group, who had a separate booking and had also paid in advance, were told that the location was fully booked and that they could not leave their luggage there. This is completely unacceptable. If a customer is able to make and pay for a reservation in advance, the storage capacity should be reserved and guaranteed. Otherwise, there is very little point in offering advance reservations. The staff told them that the payment would be automatically refunded because their booking was not scanned. However, this was not very reassuring, as there was no immediate confirmation of the cancellation or refund. We now have to wait and check whether the refund actually arrives. The whole experience was stressful and poorly organized, especially for travellers who rely on a confirmed luggage reservation and have limited time in the city. An advance paid booking should mean that the customer can trust that there will be space available when they arrive.

This was a total scam. We had a booking and paid in advance. However, when we arrived the storage was full. There were multiple customers in a similar situation.
