荷物の預け入れと引き取りは超簡単だった。エスカレーターのない地下駅から徒歩数分。スーツケースは預けた時と同じ状態で受け取れました。

Die Koffer Abgabe und Abholung waren super unkompliziert. Nur einige Gehminuten von der UBahnstation entfernt, die allerdings keine Rolltreppe hat. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich, der Kofferwurde im gleichen Zustand abgeholt wie wir ihn abgegeben haben.

新市街へのアクセス抜群。大変きれいで、広く、また部屋がしっかり別れているので居心地がよかった。チェックアウトがギリギリになったが清掃の方の対応も丁寧で気持ちよかった。

インバネスの中心部にあり、荷物を預けるのに最適。駅やバスの発着所まで徒歩2分。安全な保管場所であり、オフィスも開いているので、手配通りに預け入れや受け取りができる。フレンドリーなスタッフもいる。

Great place to drop off bag(s) in Inverness as so centrally located. 2min walk to train station or bus depot and in the centre of town. Secure storage and office open for drop off and collection as arranged. Friendly staff too.

初めて荷物預かりを借りたのですが、直前になってしまいました。彼はとても親切で気さくな人だった。中央駅では、到着したときにボックスが空いていても、1時間ごとに料金を支払わなければなりませんが、24時間同じ料金（5ユーロ）であることもプラスです。お勧めです。

First time I rented luggage storage and had to do it last minute. He was super helpful and friendly, he made everything so easy for me to get it done quickly. A plus is that it’s the same price (5€) for 24 hours, unlike at the central station where you pay hourly if even a box is available when you arrive. Recommend and would use again.

フィレンツェの中央バスターミナルに近く、とても便利な場所にあります。場所もわかりやすく、利用しやすかったです。オンラインで予約するとQRコードが送られてきて、それを係の人に見せると荷物を預かってくれました。その後、ラベルをくれたので、それを使って荷物を受け取りました。とても簡単でした！

It’s very central location near the central bus station in Florence. It was easy to find and use. I booked online and was sent a a QR code which I showed to the man there and he took my luggage. He then gave me a label which I used to collect my luggage. All very easy!

全体的にとても良い経験だった。1つだけ小さな問題があるとすれば、サイトの営業時間が正確でなかったこと。それ以外はとても親切で信頼できる。

Very good experience overall. One small issue was the opening times on the site were not entirely accurate as the shop opens at 11. Otherwise, very friendly and trustworthy.

I had a great experience. The place was really easy to find and in a super convenient spot. The staff were so friendly and helpful — they made the whole process really simple and pleasant. It felt good to leave my luggage somewhere safe without having to worry about a thing. Picking it up was just as easy. Honestly, this service made my day so much easier. I’d definitely use it again and would happily recommend it to other travelers!

ヨーロッパで私たちが経験した荷物預かりの中で、おそらくダントツに良かった。荷物を保管するための鍵やロッカーも別に用意されている。そして、ギフトショップやお土産も充実している！

Possibly by far the best luggage storage experience for us in Europe. They’ve got separate keys/lockers to store the luggage. And it’s a great gift shop and souvenir - highly recommend!

場所がカフェの中だったので、最初は躊躇した。私たちの荷物は倉庫で預かってくれたが、そこは荷物専用ではなく、たまたま備品倉庫だった。従業員は親切で、経験は問題なかった。ただ、ラディカル・ストレージの説明に、ロケーションの種類を前もって書いておいてくれたらもっと良かった。マカオの他の場所で1日預けるより、ずっと安くて中心部でした。

At first I was hesitant because the location was in a cafe. They held our luggage in their storage room; it wasn’t specifically made for luggage, it just happened to be their supply room. The employees were nice and the experience was fine. It would just be better if Radical Storage noted in their description up front of the location type. It was much cheaper and more central than holding it elsewhere for the day in Macau.

すべてOK。荷物もすぐに預けて持ち帰ることができた。中央駅から本当に近い（徒歩3-4分）。

Everything OK. It was possible to quickly leave the luggage and take it back. Really close to the Central Station (3-4 minutes walk).
