バスターミナルから徒歩6分。地図ではメルカドにあるように見えたが、メルカドから同じ道を入ったところにあるLoja2というギフトショップで、ビーチ沿いの道の近くにある。オーナーは優しく親切で、歓迎してくれた。私たちの荷物をスタッフ専用の保管場所に運んでくれた。到着して荷物を受け取るまでが早くて簡単だった。間違いなくお勧めできるし、また行きたいです。

Super clean and friendly place, an easy 6 min walk from the bus station. The map showed them located at the Mercado, but they are located just down the same road from the market at the gift shop called Loja2, near the beachfront road. The owners were gentle, kind and welcoming. They took our bags into a staff only storage area. It was fast and easy upon arriving and to pick up. 'Would definitely recommend and go back there.

Staff were very kind and I dropped my luggage off very easily. Only thing to note is the location requires climbing a flight of stairs so make sure you can lift your luggage.

A great service which allowed us to enjoy our day and not have to worry about our luggage . Staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful and the security arrangements were excellent . Had no worries at all leaving our luggage .

倉庫はフェニックス・デパートの2階にある。店内（陶磁器や家庭用品）を一通り見て回り、最後にスーツケースを預ける事務所がある。そこで働く女性たちはとても親切でフレンドリーだ。残念ながら、どこに行けばいいのか案内がないので、道を見つけるのは難しい。

Przechowalnia jest na 2 piętrze w domu handlowy Feniks. Trzeba przejść przez cały sklep (porcelana i domowe utensylia) i na końcu jest biuro gdzie zostawia się walizki. Panie tam pracujące bardzo miłe i życzliwe. Niestety trudno trafić, bo nie ma żadnych informacji o tym dokąd się udać.

The process was quick and easy to navigate. It was simple to contact the host by phone and text, which made communication smooth. Although there was a slight delay upon arrival, the host was very kind and accommodating, so it didn’t cause any issues. Overall, a convenient and pleasant experience!

すべてが完璧に機能した。お店はCityterminalenから歩いて5分ほどのところにあります。時間単位ではなく、1日（日付）単位で支払うので、駅のロッカーに比べ、長時間の保管にはずっとお得なオプションです。お勧めです！

Everything worked perfectly. The shop is located about a 5-minute walk from Cityterminalen. You pay per day (date), not by the hour, which makes it a much more affordable option for longer storage compared to the lockers at the train station. Highly recommended!

The man at Conciabocca in Testaccio was so helpful! We had dinner there on pickup and it was excellent.
