This was a bonus to be able to leave our big case while looking around Mao in Menorca before our flight , I was doing the info pad and missed the code to open the storage door but a quick phone call to the help number and they helped us out. We would definitely use again ????

The place was shut, despite stating online it was opened until 2pm, i paid online ahead of time, we arrived at 11 am and waited for the owner to come for 50 minutes. We messaged the owner on WhatsApp at 11 who checked the message at 11:20 and advised he would be there in 15 minutes, 30 minutes later there was no sign of the owner, we canceled the booking and found a much better self service option nearby. The owner responded hours later saying there was a delay at the airport which was completely irrelevant and out of context, there was no apology or explanation given for a non existent service we didn't receive. Moreover we made the call to cancel as we needed to pick up the luggage at 6pm the same day, however, we had zero confidence we would be able to get out luggage back before our next flight. If you are looking to store your luggage during a layover, this is not the place. Save yourself valuable time and hassle.
