I stored my bag here in Skopje for an extended period and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout. Everything felt secure and well-managed, and I had complete peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Highly recommend their service!

絶対にお勧めできる。オクトーバーフェストで混んでいましたが、早めに予約していたため、荷物の預け入れと受け取りは毎回1分で済みました。超オーガナイズされている????。

Absolut empfehlenswert. Es war durchs oktoberfest viel los, aber durch die vorzeitige Reservierung hat das abgeben und abholen unseres Gepäcks jeweils nur knappe minute gedauert. Super organisiert ????

なぜこのアプリが、時間通りに荷物を受け取れなかったというメッセージを送り続けるのか理解できない。預けたお店のミスでしょう。追加料金が発生しないことを祈りつつ、フィードバックを待っています。スタッフはフレンドリーで、すべてが迅速でした。

I don't understand why the app keeps sending me a message saying I didn't pick up my luggage on time. It must be a mistake by the store where I left it. I had booked until 7:00 a.m., and I picked it up at 5:45 p.m. I'm waiting for your feedback and hope there aren't any additional charges.The experience of dropping off and picking up luggage was good. The staff was friendly and everything was quick

Easy 5 minutes walk from the train station. Location is a hotel. Both the storage in and out processes are easy, with both staff speaking good English. Recommended.
