Googleの英語レビューの原文：空港にいる最中に、土壇場でオンラインで手荷物預かりを予約しました。約30分後に到着したのですが、残念ながら誰もいませんでした。WhatsAppで連絡したところ、女性が到着するまで約30分待たされました。とはいえ、スタッフの方々は皆とても親切でフレンドリーで、待たせてしまったことについて謝罪してくれた上、追加料金なしでバックパックもスーツケースと一緒に預かってくれました。これは本当にありがたかったです。最初の待ち時間があったものの、全体的には良い体験でした。

Evo prirodnog Google review-a na engleskom: We booked luggage storage online at the very last minute while we were at the airport. When we arrived about half an hour later, unfortunately no one was there. We contacted them via WhatsApp and had to wait around 30 minutes for a girl to arrive. That said, everyone was very kind and friendly, apologized for the wait, and even allowed us to leave our backpack together with the suitcase at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience despite the initial wait.

チェックインはスムーズで快適でした。荷物を預けても安心できました。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！一点注意すべき点があります。2人のUberのドライバーが、私たちを別の場所に降ろそうとしました。どうやら、同じ名前を持つ別の通りだったようです。何が原因なのかは分かりませんが、たとえ正しい目的地を入力していたとしても、降車する前に、目的地がロング・ストリートの裏手、イジコ・南アフリカ博物館の近くであることを事前に確認したほうがいいかもしれません。

Check in was easy and pleasant. I felt safe leaving my luggage there. Would use again. Thank you! One thing to note: two separate Uber drivers tried dropping us off at a different location - apparently to another street with the same name. I’m not sure what the glitch is, but maybe verify before hand when getting dropped off that your destination is behind Long Street, near the Iziko South African Museum, even if you’ve entered the correct destination.
