とても丁寧な対応でした。ただ、エスカレーターがパンクしていたのが残念でした。でも、とても良い経験でした！

Accueil très chaleureux. Proche du centre et de la gare routière d'où nous arrivions. Seul petit soucis : l Escalator était en panne . Sinon super expérience !!!!

直前の救世主！

Last minute savior!

ソウルを10日間離れることになり、ソウル駅のロッカーに荷物を入れたのですが、最大7日間までしか入れないことが判明しました。ネットでRadical Storageを見つけて予約し、通りを渡って歩いて荷物を預け、釜山行きの列車に乗り込みました！そうでなかったら、どうするつもりだったのか見当もつきません！

I was going to be leaving Seoul for 10 days and put my luggage in a locker in Seoul station, only to find out they only allow a maximum of 7 days. We found Radical Storage online, booked a reservation, walked across the street and dropped our bag off, and were on the train to Busan! I have no idea what we would have done otherwise!

Simple, seamless process to drop off & collect bags. Being a 24hr operation on a busy street makes them very accessible for a tourist who isn't very familiar with the place

Our drop off was at a small grocery store near Victoria Station. Very cost effective compared to the competition. Shop owner was very friendly. Would use the service again.

その仕組みを理解した上で、その日の荷物を預ける場所を選ぶのは、比較的簡単なことでした。スペースを提供してくれた ’天使 ’たちは、預けた荷物を大切に守ってくれていたので、安心して預けられました。道順もわかりやすく、保管場所を見つけるのも簡単でした。全体的に良い経験で、また利用したいと思います。

Once I’d understood how it worked it was relatively easy to pick a location for storage of our luggage for the day. The “angels” that supplied the space were careful to protect the luggage stored with them and I felt confident that it was safe there. It was easy to get directions and find the location of our storage. Overall a good experience and one I shall use again.
