場所は駅の近くでした。店頭は少し混雑していましたが、スタッフの方はとても手際がよく、親切でした。荷物を受け取りに行った際も、手続きはスムーズで、荷物はすべて無傷でした。良い体験でした！

The location was close to the train station. Although a bit crowded in the front, the person working was very efficient and friendly. When we came to pick up our bags, it was a quick process and everything was intact. A good experience!

Bardzo fajnie, że istnieje taka usługa. Na początku trudno było znaleźć miejsce pozostawienia bagażu (punkt usługowy w Poznaniu na PKP), ale na czacie w aplikacji bardzo szybko uzyskałam informację ze zdjęciem miejsca. Wszystko super i sprawnie.

手続きは簡単でスムーズでした。スタッフの方が、私のスマホに保存されていたRadicalからの確認メールの原本を確認したいと言いました。その後、スーツケースの写真を撮るように指示されたので、私はその場を離れました。ハイランド地方へのツアーに出かけるため、私はこの場所にスーツケースを計5日間預けていました。戻ってきた際、別のスタッフ（実はこちらの方が親しみやすい人でした）が、預けた時に撮ったスーツケースの写真をみせてほしいと頼んできました。そのスタッフは、この場所が「Londis」というコンビニエンスストアであるため、販売商品の真上にあるラックに保管されていた私のスーツケースを指さしました。「それですね。そのスーツケースはあなたのものですか？」と尋ねられたので、私は「はい」と答えました。すると彼はスーツケースを取り出して私に手渡し、私はその場を後にしました。私にとってはとてもスムーズな体験でした。

The process was easy and efficient. The staff member wanted to see the original email confirmation from Radical on my phone. He then instructed me to take a photo of my suitcase and then I left. I left my suitcase at this location for a total of five days as I went on a tour to the Highlands. Upon my return, a different staff member who was actually friendlier asked me to show him the photo of the suitcase that I had taken when I dropped it off. He then pointed to my suitcase which was stored on a rack above items for sale as this location is a convenience store called Londis. He said that’s the one, does that suitcase belong to you? I said yes, he then retrieved the suitcase and gave it to me and I left the location. It worked well for me.
