We had 9 cases and my elderly parents getting off a cruise in bari Italy. We paid 30 euros in a taxi to get to the storage place we had booked. We waited 1/2 hour for the storage place to open. But despite my emailing and telephoning no one turned up. I messaged radical and they said they would cancel and rebook me 6 min walk away!! I had to do it in stages to get there in the heat but managed to get sorted. I think radical need to assess their people they use before signing them up to stop and unnecessary inconvenience to customers. But they did sort promptly for us

Totally recommended. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Our luggages were safely stored. We did not have to worry about our things while enjoying the day without hassle. Really convenient.
