SUSPICIOUS! We made a reservation via radical storage web page and paid. When I asked the person at the cashier whether it is the radical storage location He said yes. I said great and was looking for the email with the booking confirmation That person stated that actually they do not have the contract with radical storage anymore and that I should cancel the booking and pay him directly. I asked several times and he was insisting that booking is not valid. He said it happens a lot and I should email or contact radical storage to get a refund and need to pay him directly. I contacted radical storage and they offered to relocate - in the meantime I found a different service and used that instead. I did receive the refund. In this situation there are two options: - indeed the shop does not have the contract and thus the database of the Rafical storage is not updated and still showed this particular shop as one of their locations. - that worker did not want to pay the commission or to pocket the money directly thus insisting on canceling the reservation. I did not feel comfortable leaving luggage without any guarantee or insurance thus would not recommend this place.
