結局、このサービスは大変うまく機能し、ヴィラ・ブレッドを訪れることができました。スタッフはとても親切でした。改善すべき点が2つあります。第一に、日曜日の朝はまだレストランが開店しておらず、隣にある別の名前がついたベーカリー兼朝食店が同じ経営者であることが分かりにくかったため、場所を見つけるのが簡単ではありませんでした。次に、価格設定が少々誤解を招きやすい点です。「3.50ユーロから」と表示されていたものが、予約手続きの過程でバッグ1.5個分で15ユーロになってしまいました。

The service worked really well in the end and allowed me to visit the Villa Bled. Staff were very friendly. Two points for improvement: First, finding the location was not straightforward as the restaurant hadn't yet opened on a Sunday morning and it was unclear that the differently named bakery/breakfast place next door was under the same ownership. Second, the pricing is a bit misleading 'from €3.50' turned into €15 for 1.5 bags during the booking process.

バス停のすぐそばで、保管場所は便利でした。ただ、施設自体はあまり安全だと感じられず、ドアに鍵も付いていませんでした。荷物の預け入れも受け取りも、特に問題なく済みました。

Storage location was convenient next to bus stop. The actual space itself did not feel super safe, no lock on the door. Drop off worked out fine, just as pick up.

保管場所はレストランの中。預けたい時にレストランが閉まっていたので、ちょっと大変だった。バッグはロッカーがなく、階段の前に置いてあるだけでした。ロッカーはなく、階段の前に置いてあるだけでした。レストランのスタッフは親切だったので、最終的にはうまくいきました。立地も良かった。

The storage was inside a restaurant. It made it a bit difficult cause we wanted to leave our bags before the restaurant opened, but the storage was open. The storage space was just a small space in front of inside stairs, not a locker as we had expected. Price was a bit high as it was per bag. Usually it is a locker, so we get per locker price. Even per bag, suitcase and backpacks were same price. The staff was friendly and nice, so that was good. It did work out in the end.
