Never heard of the system, but completely fitted my needs. Concluding a business trip outside of Chicago, with a few hours of sightseeing before catching my flight. This coffee shop were the best host to hold my luggage. When I asked the fastest way to the center, one of the customers offered me 2 dollars cash to get the bus (as I only had card). Very friendly staff as well:)

We had half a day to travel around before our flight It was very handy to be able and leave my laguage and travel around the city
