Booked via app - used before in Milan - easy to find one near to where we were staying. Paid for, address sent. We followed directions but unfortunately the shop was closed. We found another shop a few minutes away and one of the ladies took us back when we said it was closed. Fortunately the shop had just opened albeit later than the time we booked but all OK, we put our luggage in a back store room and picture taken. Picked up when we said we would, collected our luggage and we was in our way. Very convenient service and only $5 per item, hands free to enjoy the city without dragging luggage along.
