A great service, very simple and easy to use; our bags were well taken care of. The gentleman running the business gave us his contact details in case we would need to collect our bags when he closed the store for lunch, and he helped us book our taxi to the train station as well. Very kind. Highly recommend.

I used Radical Storage while visiting Siena, to stow my bags between the time I arrived in the city and when I was able to check into my Airbnb. Though a little difficult to find (the address was clear but I didn't see Radical Storage signage until I peered into the store), I found the staff at the desk responsive and very helpful. Scanning my reservation was easy and seamless, as was retrieving my bags. Would absolutely recommend and use this service again.

Being able to drop our bags in a safe location for a few hours was such a relief! I was able to explore the hills of Siena without lugging around heavy bags. Would definitely use this service again!
