We left our luggage with you for the second time now. Both times it was quite an experience to finally drop off because first time The booking did not reach the owner so he didn't know we were coming (we had to wait half an hour in front of the shop) and second time we received an email that the shop was no longer available. Help center was good though. The possibility to write with an actual person helped a lot.

The city was Stockholm. We needed luggage storage only for a couple of hours but the shortest period available is one day. This was a bit expensive for 5 luggages compared to some other alternatives. Probably still way cheaper than the storage at the Central Station itself. There was an alternative that offered hourly slots, but for us it was not an option because their place closed at 2 PM on the given day. I could have searched for other options too but finally went for Radical Storage because of the close distance to Arlanda Express departure tracks. In the end I didn't regret selecting them, everything was flawless and great regarding the service.
