Drop off was easy, although at first it seemed weird to just put out luggage in a persons house. The lady there was nice, but she didnt know how to use the app, so I had to help her. At the pick up we arrived at the given time, but no one answered the doorbell, so we got panicked, we contacted customer service which was slow, and had to call the owner after minutes of ringing the bell. The owner told us that someone would be there in 15 minutes, we had to wait, but everything turned out fine.
