Process was super easy. Just show the QR code and drop off. The place was a bit difficult to find as the maps link in the listing was incorrect. It is not the coffee shop, it is a camera shop about 6 doors to the right when facing the coffee shop (two right from Isaac Toast). The place you're looking for is 방송장비 (the name doesn't show in Naver or Google maps - just look for the sign).

Storage was easy and delightful once we found where it was. Our identity was confirmed and QR code scanned before we could drip off or pickup our luggage so I felt confident leaving it.
