We were a bit nervous about leaving our large dog crate in this kind of storage for a couple of months before we needed it to fly out again, but the storage in Rouen was fantastic. Super nice staff, and easy drop-off and pick-up, and the crate was in perfect shape when we returned!

今天剛使用過這項服務。我透過線上預訂，並以 7 歐元的費用將行李寄存，寄存時間為上午 11 點至晚上 7 點。 Google 地圖上的位置標示誤導且不準確。幸好，我們在與聊天機器人交換幾則訊息後，撥打了客服專線，接通的人員便引導我們前往實際地點（距離 Google 地圖標記處僅 50 公尺……）。那位工作人員非常親切，掃描了線上預訂的 QR 碼，就這樣搞定了。體驗超棒，謝謝。

Just used the service today. I booked online and was able to deposit my luggage from 11am to 7pm for 7€. The location on Google Maps was missleading and not accurate. Fortunately, we called the assistance number after few messages with the chatbot and we were able to get someone on the phone who bring us to the actual location (was 50meters from the google map pin...). She was so sweet, scanned the qrcode from the onlin booking. And that's it. Super experience thank you.

我在洛杉矶用过BAGBNB。这款应用操作简单，而且比把行李寄存在联合车站还便宜了28美元。我选了小东京的那处寄存点，虽然那片区域还行，但那栋楼看起来简直可疑得要命。结果发现那是一家叫Podshare的青年旅社。我开车到那里时，碰巧看到一位工作人员正在外面抽烟。当时我正试图通过GPS的步行导航找地方，他大概看出了我脸上的困惑，便主动提出帮忙。我告诉他来这里的目的，他才说自己在那里工作。直到走进里面看到“BAGBNB”的招牌，我才放下心来。我问他我的行李会存放在哪里，他带我看了主厅一侧的一个区域。他向我保证那里很安全，而且等我回来时他也会在场。我出去办完事回来，发现我的东西还在原处，完好无损。总体而言，这次体验非常不错，下次遇到航班延误时我会再次使用这项服务。我唯一觉得不足的是，在寻找寄存点时品牌标识可以更醒目一些；此外，网站或应用上应标注哪些地点对寄存的行李有限制访问权限，因为那家青年旅舍里的每个人基本上都能接触到这些行李。

I used BAGBNB in Los Angeles. The app is simple to use and the price was $28 less than storing my bags at Union Station. I chose the spot in Little Tokio and while the area isn't bad, the building looked sketchy AF. Turns out it was a hostel called Podshare. The guy there who works there happened to be outside, smoking a cigarette, when I pulled up. I was trying to use my GPS walking directions to find it and he must have seen the confusion in my face and offered assistance. I told him why I was there and he told me he works there. I was still hesitant until I got inside and saw the BAGBNB sign. I asked him where my stuff would be stored and he showed me an area off to the side in that main room. He reassured me that it would be safe and he would be there when I got back. I went out, did my thing and when I came back my stuff was still there, untouched. Overall, I would say I had a very good experience and will use the service again next time I have a late flight. My issues are that the branding could be more visible when looking for the storage location and the website/app could show locations that have restricted access to the luggage being stored because everyone in that hostel basically had access to the luggage.
